Duties of Quality Assurance

Spreading a culture of quality in the college through seminars, lectures, training courses, workshops and publications.

Planning, implementation and follow-up for obtaining academic and institutional accreditation.

Continuous communication and coordination with the University Quality Assurance and Performance Department on all matters related to quality standards and new developments.

Communicating and working closely with various local and international government and private institutions on everything that contributes to developing quality and achieving academic accreditation.

Completing the annual performance evaluation of all college staff and preparing the necessary reports for the relevant bodies.

Establishing, documenting, implementing and maintaining a management system capable of ensuring laboratory quality.

Following up calibration programmes for all equipment and instruments requiring calibration in the college laboratories, in coordination with the departments and bodies concerned.

Coding and identifying all laboratory equipment and instruments in coordination with the departments concerned.

Disseminating policies and objectives for achieving laboratory accreditation by local and international accreditation bodies at all organizational levels of the laboratories.
