The division consists of:

A brief overview of the work of the Registration Division at the college:

The Registration Division responds to letters received from the university presidency from all its units and divisions, including the office of the university president and his assistants.
The Registration Division also issues books that are sent to the university, and addresses the deans of other colleges regarding all student affairs.
Receiving new students at the beginning of each new academic year and registering them manually and electronically within the Excel system. The admission policy also depends on the student’s grade point average and his academic branch.
The Division also adopted the following registration mechanism: forming a committee to receive students, notifying the new student through announcements issued by the Division to bring his four documents, a surety bond, an electronic registration receipt, photos, and a financial receipt to be paid at the University Presidency, while facilitating the task of registering the student completely.”
Arranging the files of new students and working on archiving them, in addition to arranging the files of all college students.”
Issuing endorsements for all college students.
Issuing administrative orders related to students failing by absence, canceling admission, accepting students, hosting, transportation, etc.
Coordinating with academic departments and distributing administrative orders related to students and their belongings, such as failure, acceptance, cancellation, hosting, transfer, and postponement…
Coordinating with the Registration Department at the University Presidency and reviewing them periodically regarding students and their affairs.
Complete communication with students and everything related to them and their reviews for this department, including modification of nomination, transfer and hosting, according to the Ministry’s timing regarding each subject.
