About the college
The College of Education for Pure Sciences was opened in the academic year 2014-2015, after the College of Education at Muthanna University was split into the College of Education for Humanities and the College of Education for Pure Sciences, which included two departments: the Department of Life Sciences and the Department of Mathematics. To be the first step to establishing the College of Education for Pure Integrated Sciences, the college has ambitious plans to adopt the best modern methods in education, create distinguished research centers, and establish a relationship of cooperation and knowledge exchange with corresponding colleges in Iraq and neighboring countries.
The duration of study in the college is four calendar years, during which the student is prepared theoretically and scientifically according to methodological plans that include specialized and supporting subjects throughout the academic stages, through which we seek to develop the student’s mental and skill capabilities, which will enhance the qualitative aspect of the cognitive specialization.
